You are viewing a very hard to find vintage ceramic figurine of Peanuts character Lucy on a wind up musical base. It was made in Japan by Schmid. Lucy is shown as an angel with wings and a halo, singing carols. She is standing on a white fluffy cloud with multi colored stars. When the base is cranked, Lucy revolves and Silent Night is the melody played. The base reads "Schmid Musical Collectibles, Lucy © 1962, 1966, United Feature Syndicate, Inc. Sticker reads Schmid, No. 121, Japan. It measures 6" high x 2.75" wide.This item is in excellent pre-owned condition and clean, with no chips or cracks. The colors are vibrant and the finish is smooth and shiny. The music has been tested and plays properly when the base is turned.
